You'll be the one to shape the visual for our advertising digital campaigns, promotional printing, exhibitions and more.<br /></p> <p dir="ltr">You will be required to <strong>capture the attention of those who see them ad communicate the right message</strong> . For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate marketing requirements into design.<br /></p> <p dir="ltr">If you can do that well, we'd like to meet you.<br /></p> <p><strong>How your day will look like:</strong><br /></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Study design briefs and determine requirements<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Conceptualize visuals based on requirements<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Prepare rough drafts and present ideas<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop designs<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work with copywriters and marketing director to produce the final design<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Amend designs after feedback<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand<br /></p></li></ul><p><br />Requirements</p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven graphic designing experience for promotional reasons<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A strong portfolio of ad banners, illustrations or other graphics<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop etc)<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to create visuals that communicate the right message &amp; promt actions<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A keen eye for aesthetics and details<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent communication skills<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to and meet deadlines<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Fluent in English<br /></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Creative Thinking<br /></p></li></ul><p><br />Benefits</p> <ul><li dir="ltr">Competitive salary &amp; bonus opportunities<br /></li></ul><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">UNLIMITED room for growth and results-based pay increases - at Upgrade there's no real ceiling to where you can go, what you can do, and what you can earn.
